WHEAT flour T65, water, sourdough (12%) (WHEAT flour, water) cereals mix (8,4%) (RYE flakes, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, peeled SESAME), salt, dehydrated sourdough (0,5%) (WHEAT germ, WHEAT flour), olive oil, WHEAT GLUTEN, yeast.
Place the product on the tray, allow to thaw for 50-60 minutes at room temperature. Bake the product for 10-14 minutes at 200°C.
